What we collect

When you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your email address. That is the only personal information we ask for directly.

When you visit Bachpan Diaries, we also collect standard analytics data through cookies and third-party tools — pages visited, time spent, device type, approximate location, referral source. This data is aggregated and not linked to your identity.

If you have Google AdSense enabled on your device, Google may collect additional data as described in Google's own Privacy Policy.

How we use it

Your email address is used only to send you new stories — occasionally, when something worth reading is ready. We do not send promotional emails, we do not sell your email to anyone, and we do not share it with third parties.

Analytics data is used to understand how readers find and use the site so we can improve it.

Your data is stored on HubSpot's servers. HubSpot is compliant with international data protection standards.

Children

Bachpan Diaries publishes stories for all ages including children, but the website itself is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.
